1. Membership Cancellations

If you cancel your membership within 3 days of initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, provided you have not used the gym facilities more than once.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Personal training sessions, customized workout/diet plans, and retail merchandise are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

3. Medical Cancellations

If you are unable to use our facilities due to a sudden medical condition, you may pause your membership or request a pro-rated refund. A valid doctor's note is required.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.
